We are a ‘boutique’ firm offering a personal service to our customers – we are on call full time, but not on the full time payroll.

We limit the clients we take on, and in that way, you as a client, then you can be guaranteed of always getting our priority attention.

Remember – We do not replace your current tax accountant, we just help you in a commercial sense manage your business and growth, and facilitate the information to people such as your existing tax accountant.

We are there and available to help you with a ‘hands-on’ approach at any stage of your development. We stand behind our work at all times.

We are not compliance accountants, however if you do not have an existing relationship we can help you develop a relationship with the necessary level of compliance firms. For example on behalf of our clients we manage, audit assignments with auditors ranging from a one partner firm to firms from the ‘big’ four.

This lets you define the level you consider necessary. Please do not hesitate to ask, if you are not sure why this is important?

Buck is a seasoned manager who has demonstrated wide ranging management skills combined with an established financial training.

 

A record of achieving results for both domestic and international businesses.

Successful proven profit and loss responsibility experienced in 'start-up' or 'turnaround' operations where there is a need for a wide variety of skills. Extensive experience in financial management as well as dealing with industrial relations issues.

Recognized ability to grasp ‘operational realities’ within the constraints of sound financial controls, proven lateral thinker while keeping a flexible and open-minded approach.

Accounting Leverage

Extensive commercial/financial experience in business evaluations and rationalizations, with the skill of being able to cast a critical eye over existing operations and improve only where improvement is required.

A proven supply chain professional with the advantage of a strong financial training.

Experience in managing through an IPO process, and development of new business lines in a professional services or consultancy company, specializing in a "project management" approach to solutions.
